Ingredients

  • 23g Spinach, Chopped
  • 35g Bell Peppers, Chopped
  • 60g White Mushrooms, Chopped
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 140g Egg Whites
  • 18g Shredded Cheese (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingrediants in a bowl
  3. Pour equally into muffin cups
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until egg is cooked through
