Ingredients
- 23g Spinach, Chopped
- 35g Bell Peppers, Chopped
- 60g White Mushrooms, Chopped
- 2 Large Eggs
- 140g Egg Whites
- 18g Shredded Cheese (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingrediants in a bowl
- Pour equally into muffin cups
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until egg is cooked through
