Peach & Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients
- 6-8 Peaches, sliced
- 1-2 cups blueberries
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 stick of butter
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- Whipped cream, optional
Instructions
- Layer peaches and blueberries in a 9 by 13 baking dish
- Mix sugars, salt, flour, vanilla, and butter in a food processor until butter is small pieces
- Mix in the oats
- Top the peaches and blueberries with the dry mixture
- Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until the topping is browned
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
