Peach & Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Peaches, sliced
  • 1-2 cups blueberries
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 stick of butter
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • Whipped cream, optional

Instructions

  1. Layer peaches and blueberries in a 9 by 13 baking dish
  2. Mix sugars, salt, flour, vanilla, and butter in a food processor until butter is small pieces
  3. Mix in the oats
  4. Top the peaches and blueberries with the dry mixture
  5. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until the topping is browned
  6. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
