Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • garlic, minced
  • ginger, minced
  • jalapeno, diced
  • Coriander, Turmeric, Chili, Cumin Powders
  • 1 fresh tomato diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • water
  • tomato paste
  • garam masala

Instructions

  1. Mix water and ground lamb and mush together
  2. In an Instant Pot, saute onion for 12-13 minutes
  3. Add lamb and minced ginger, garlic, and jalapeno. Cook until brown
  4. Add powder spices, saute until fragrant.
  5. Add diced tomato and water. Cook at high pressure for 12-13 minutes and then natural release for 10 minutes
  6. Add peas and tomato paste, saute until thickened and peas are cooked. Serve immediately
