Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cashew powder
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon tikka massala
- Paneer
- 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup water
Instructions
- Chop Onions and Sautee them.
- Add garlic and ginger. Stir for 1 minute
- Add spices and stir to mix
- In the meantime, bake the paneer or cook it in a seperate pan
- Add tomato paste to pan and stir
- Add paneer to pot with the onions and stir. Add water and put lid on for 7-10 min
- Add water to adjust thickness, salt to adjust flavor. Serve immediately.
