Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cashew powder
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon tikka massala
  • Paneer
  • 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Chop Onions and Sautee them.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Stir for 1 minute
  3. Add spices and stir to mix
  4. In the meantime, bake the paneer or cook it in a seperate pan
  5. Add tomato paste to pan and stir
  6. Add paneer to pot with the onions and stir. Add water and put lid on for 7-10 min
  7. Add water to adjust thickness, salt to adjust flavor. Serve immediately.
