Ingredients
- 2-4 Potatoes
- 2 Onions, Finely Diced
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic, Finely Diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Finely Diced
- 1 Carrot, Finely Diced
- Green Peas, Whole
- Green Beans, FInely Diced
- 1-2 Tomatoes FInely Diced or Diced Tomatoes from a can
- 1 Half Can Tomato Sauce
- Chili Powder
- Paprika
- 2-3 teaspoons Pav Bhaji Masala
- 2-3 Cups Water
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until fully cooked. Drain, and mash potatoes so they are broken and mashed but with chunks. Set aside.
- In a large pot, sautee onions in oil until they are very soft, about 10-25 minutes.
- Add garlic and saute for a seconds.
- Add paprika and chili powder, saute for two seconds.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and potato, saute for 10 minutes.
- Add in vegetables, saute 5 minutes.
- Add water a pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
- Cover and simmer on low for 3045 minutes until pav bhaji begins to thicken.
- Serve with toasted buns.
