Chicken Keema Matar

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 lb ground chicken
- garlic, minced
- ginger, minced
- jalapeno, diced
- Coriander, Turmeric, Chili, Cumin Powders
- 1 fresh tomato diced
- 1 cup peas
- water
- tomato paste
- garam masala
Instructions
- Mix water and ground chicken and mush together
- In an Instant Pot, saute onion for 12-13 minutes
- Add lamb and minced ginger, garlic, and jalapeno. Cook until brown
- Add powder spices, saute until fragrant.
- Add diced tomato and water. Cook at high pressure for 12-13 minutes and then natural release for 10 minutes
- Add peas and tomato paste, saute until thickened and peas are cooked. Serve immediately
